SAFETY
We are responsible for the occupational health and safety and hygiene conditions of our employees. Thus, we guarantee adequate conditions in the work spaces that range from the facilities to the correct use of machinery and personal protection elements.
A safe and productive work environment is one that is free from the harmful effects of controlled substances, alcohol, and legal or illegal drugs. It is not permitted to enter NRG facilities, conduct company business, and drive or operate machinery or equipment while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances.

We already generate more than 700 direct jobs, mainly in the provinces of Río Negro, Neuquén and Buenos Aires, among which are mining operators, production plant operators, truck drivers, specialists in quality and laboratory management, arena on location, administrative staff and management team.

At NRG, we comply with the applicable environmental laws and minimize the impact that our actions generate on the environment. We do this by preventing pollution, minimizing the carbon footprint in all our operations, consuming fewer natural resources and minimizing waste.
